By using thenewladies.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Products and Pricing

We try to show product colours, sizes and finishes as accurately as possible, but the actual item may vary slightly from photographs because of screen settings and lighting. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Orders

Your order is confirmed only after we accept it and send you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Payment must be completed online at checkout using UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged or wrong items, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content, images or product descriptions without written permission. All content on this site belongs to thenewladies unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
