Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales on thenewladies.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, colour preference or any similar reason. Please check product photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order, and message us on WhatsApp if you have any questions.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.

How to Report an Issue

Email thenewladies@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 90763 00075 with your order number, photos and a short description of the problem. We usually respond within one business day.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to credit the amount.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by emailing thenewladies@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
